Deepbits Technology, Inc. (“Deepbits Technology”, “we”, “us” or “our”) values your privacy. In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain about visitors to our website at  www.deepbits.com (any other website or subdomain at which this Policy is posted (the “Site”) and users of our mobile application and the services available through our Site (collectively, the “Services”), and how we use and disclose that information.

By visiting the Site, or using any of our Services, you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy. Your use of our Site or Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service, including its applicable limitations on damages and provisions for the resolution of disputes.

The Information We Collect About You

We may collect information about you directly from you and from third parties, as well as automatically through your use of our Site or Services.

Information We Collect Directly From You. We collect different kinds of information from you depending on your interaction with our Site and Services:

  • Devices. Our Services may include analyzing the applications that you have developed or that are stored on your personal mobile device. You agree that we can access and analyze those applications, the privacy and security settings on your device, and any security or privacy risks associated with your device, and reporting the level of security or privacy risk to you and to your employer or contractor if you submitted the device at the request of your employee or contactor (but we will not disclose the specific applications on your device to your employer or contractor).

  • Newsletters and Promotions: You can sign up for newsletters or to receive information about our products and Services by providing us your email address. We use that email address to send you newsletters and other information about our products and Services

  • Registration of Account: If you register for an account, or place orders for Services, then we collect your name, email, company address, and phone number.

  • Contact/Inquiries: If you contact us or our customer service with questions about purchases, we may collect contact information from you, such as your name, email, phone number nd address, and information about your purchase so that we can better respond to your questions.

  • Information from other sources. We may combine information we receive online with other information, including usage information from our Site and our online advertising and media. We may also supplement or combine information with information from a variety of other sources or outside records, such as demographic, transaction history, or personal information, and we may use that combined information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the information practices of such Third-Party Services.

Security of My Personal Information

We have implemented commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. You should not share your account credentials with any third party. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

What Rights Do I Have Regarding My Personal Information

You may request access, a copy, modification or deletion of personal information that you have submitted to us by contacting us at help@deepbits.com. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests to the extent required by law, provided that (a) we may refuse requests in our discretion if permitted by law; and (b) we may be required to retain personal information to comply with legal obligations, accounting requirements, or for other business purposes. We may request additional information to verify the identity of the requesting party before responding to a request. Please note that copies of information that you have updated, modified or deleted may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Site for a period of time.

What Choices Do I Have Regarding Use of My Personal Information for Marketing?

As noted above, we may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the e-mail. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you transaction-related e-mails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us.

Location of Information

Our Site and Services are offered from the United States and is not intended for use outside the United States (we do not currently ship or fulfill orders outside the United States). We store any information we collect in the United States. If you access the Services or Site from outside the United States, you agree to the transfer of your information to the United States, which may have less protections for your personal information than your jurisdiction of residence.

Children Under 13

Our Site and Services are not designed for children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.

California Privacy Notice

Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents who have provided personal information to Toward Store may obtain information regarding our disclosures, if any, of personal information to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes. Requests must be submitted to the following address: help@deepbits.com. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, we will provide a California Privacy Disclosure, which will include a list of certain categories of personal information disclosed during the preceding calendar year to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, along with the names and addresses of the third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year.
